These terms cover your use of Race Radar (raceradar.fit), a service that watches public race calendars and ticket shops and alerts you when spots open. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.
What Race Radar is, and isn't
- Race Radar is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX or any race organiser. "HYROX" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe the races we track.
- We read information that organisers publish (calendars, ticket shops) and tell you when it changes. We don't sell tickets; you always buy from the official shop, on its terms.
- We can't guarantee that you'll get a spot, that an alert arrives before others book, or that every change is caught. Organisers can change their sites at any time.
Your account
- You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in.
- One account per person. Don't use Race Radar to resell tickets, run automated buying, or overload organisers' sites.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Plans and payment
- Free: one watched race and hourly email alerts. Race Pass: US$19, one payment, 60 days of Pro features, no renewal. Pro: US$9.99 a month after a 7-day free trial, or US$69 a year, renewing automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are in US dollars and may include taxes where required.
- You can cancel Pro at any time in Settings or in your PayPal account. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund the rest of a period, except as below.
- Refunds: if something isn't right within 7 days of a payment, email hello@raceradar.fit and we'll refund it.
- We may change prices for future periods; we'll email you at least 14 days before a change affects your renewal.
Liability
Race Radar is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for missed spots, travel or booking costs, or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll email you about significant changes. If you keep using Race Radar after that, the new terms apply.
