Is this the official HYROX site?

No. Race Radar is an independent tool and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX. We read the public calendar and ticket shops and tell you when something changes. You always buy tickets from the official shop.

Do you guarantee I'll get a spot?

No one can. We make sure you hear about openings as fast as possible; spots can still be taken by others before you check out.

How fast are the alerts?

Pro and Race Pass: the sold-out days you care about are checked about every 5 minutes, and notifications arrive within seconds of a check. Free: alerts are bundled into one email at most every hour.

How do notifications work on iPhone?

Add Race Radar to your Home Screen (Share → Add to Home Screen), open it from there and turn on notifications in Settings. On Android and computers, just turn them on in Settings.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Cancel any time in Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. If something's wrong within 7 days of a payment, email us and we'll refund it.
