Yes. Spots come back when athletes with the FLEX add-on cancel, and they go back into the official shop in batches. We haven't logged a reopening here recently, but they tend to cluster before the refund cut-offs (31 and 7 days before race day). Most reopened days sell out again within the hour, so an alert matters.

HYROX runs a notification list per event for announced releases. Individual cancelled spots reappear directly in the official shop, usually without notice, which is what Race Radar watches every 5 minutes.
Only through a name change, which needs the seller's FLEX or LITE FLEX add-on and must be done by 7:59 am (event time) the day before their race. Tickets can't be moved to another race, day or division. Be careful with sellers in groups and DMs.
