Can you transfer a HYROX ticket?
Short answer: only to another person for the same race, and only if the ticket has the FLEX or LITE FLEX add-on: that allows one name change, up to the day before the athlete's race day. You can't move a ticket to another event, day or division.

Add-on prices vary by country, for example $30 for singles FLEX in the US and £12.50–£45 in the UK.
Buying from someone else
Ask whether the ticket has FLEX or LITE FLEX before paying, and whether the name change is still possible. Without it, the ticket can't legally become yours. Many "tickets for sale" posts in groups are scams: never pay a stranger by bank transfer or friends-and-family.
The safer route is the official shop itself: when FLEX holders cancel, their spots come back there.
